MOSTTAD is a platform built on CHECK for the Ministry of Health. As an electronic servicenotarized by the Ministry of Health in the Saudi Arabia Kingdom, CHECK smartly worked onlinking the Ministry's various systems, and all the competent health authorities linked to the healthorganization, with the highest technologies to achieve the utmost service standards for allcitizens within the different industries. It helped its users, workers & technicians, monitor thereadiness and coordinate with the relevant authorities to complete the work required forreadiness.

THE CHALLENGES THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH FACED BEFORE UTILIZING “CHECK”

In light of the Ministry of Health’s endeavor to develop services, raise efficiency, managereadiness, and link systems within the ministry, some obstacles and challenges were faced, themost important of which are:

• Ensure the readiness of hospitals, clinics, and medical centers periodically (daily /weekly/monthly /semi-annual /yearly).
• Automate all papers and establish a knowledge bank for them.
• Linking the readiness to a follow-up dashboard, to determine the readiness and know theactual position of the facilities, devices, and medical staff.
• Give a comprehensive view of the readiness of high management to make appropriatedecisions.
• Follow up on medical consumables and determine their availability in real-time, as well asfollow up on the status of inventory and ensure the provision of supplies to all hospitals,centers, and clinics to continue providing service and raise efficiency.
• Follow up on the availability of medical and administrative staff in each facility to know theextent of their readiness to provide services.
• Periodic follow-up on medical devices, in terms of availability and condition, as well ascomplete the periodic maintenance work optimally to ensure the continuity of serviceprovision and calculate readiness in real-time.
• Extract reports on updating employee data.• Follow up on the reports of doctors for each family.
